Let me explain:  When we give in to those feelings and negative thoughts, it affects our entire being. Our bodies, mental health, well-being, careers and relationships suffer. My three-step method will help you not only formulate a plan to overcome your obstacles, but help you with a personal strategy and action to thrive in the years to come.

If you were to carry on with life as it is, what will your life and relationships look like in 6 months or a few years down the line.  Mental health disorders affect more than 13% of the world’s population and in the US,COVID-19 pandemic has affected the mental health of 59% of people. You can learn to thrive and embrace living a life of courage, purpose and grace.

I’ve been researching how to overcome fear for five years now and fought my own battles too. After an armed robbery where my preteen daughter and I were involved, fear took hold. I’ve personally worked through dark days and walked out of it stronger and more resilient than before. I’ve traveled and shared my story on overcoming obstacles in more than 20 countries. And seen how dramatically life can improve when we embrace a vision and purpose for a life that we can thrive.

I’ve discovered that when we walk through the fire and we intentionally embrace the courage to conquer what holds us back from living a full life in deep relationships, our lives can become more beautiful than we could ever have imagined.

It took me five years to walk into freedom and joy, but I have finally perfected a journey towards courageous living and want to share my hard-fought five years of expertise with you.

Inside the Courageous Living Course, you’ll find 3 modules of in-depth video training lessons along with pdf’s, worksheets and extra material to get you going on your journey.

Module 1: Discover

Together, we will uncover our fears and worries.  We will realize what holds us back, discover the masks that we all wear and learn to breathe better. We will learn about three gifts that we have been given.  All throughout, cultivating thankfulness is a key to healing. 

Module 2:  Growth journey

Week Two launches us in how we think.  We learn about renewing our mind, habits, transformation and growing from the inside out.  Resilience is key here.

Module 3:  Launch

Together, we learn to endure, grow and celebrate. A strategy will be formalized with action steps in plans to set you back on the path of living with vision, purpose, joy and increased capacity. Isn’t that amazing!
